Creating Inner Paintings

In this exercise, you have to close your eyes first. Then you lightly press your eyelids and watch the forms, lightnings, patterns, dots and colour fields that arise from the dark. Depending on the pressure you put on your eyes, the pictures and brightnesses are going to change. Afterwards, the drawing or painting process starts: try to draw or paint the things you just saw. The motions of drawing can be calm or fast, pulsating, circling or dotting. Let yourself be conducted by your own inner experiences for ca. 20 minutes. There is no right or wrong, your painting or drawing is a trace of perception.
