Meditative Drawing or Painting – Water

For meditative drawing or painting, you have to pretend that your inhaling and exhalation matches the coming and going of waves. You draw or paint what you feel. The water might be cold or warm, soft or hard, swinging, strong, sparkling, foaming or raging when the waves are breaking. According to the qualities of the water, you can draw or paint diverse forms and motions. The drawing or painting develops based on your inner motion, fluently just like the moving water.
