Cyclades

The Cyclades are spread out in the Aegean Sea like countless pearls. Many of the islands and islets are popular holiday destinations, while others are still insider tips. They are all fantastic. And a paradise for those who want to combine sun, beach, beautiful nature and a bit of history on holiday.
The Cyclades' landscape is mountainous, hardly forested, and a bit barren at first glance. But the soil is fertile, giving the islands bountiful harvests of fruit, olives, honey, and wine. In spring, before the summer heat scorches the vegetation, colorful flowers bloom all over the islands, and in the towns, the often snow-white houses are adorned with bougainvilleas and other hanging plants.
