Dunster

Dunster is a small village in England, set in the county of Somerset and located between the picturesque Somerset coast and Exmoor National Park. It is probably one of the most intact medieval villages in the country. Dunster is known for its very special and stunning uniqueness. The village’s landmark and a popular motif for great photos is Dunster Castle: Its origins date back to the 11th century. The historical background of Dunster is fascinating in many ways. While visiting the medieval village, you can grab your camera or some pencils and explore the famous Yarn Market, a watermill which is still working, Iron Age settlements, Packhorse Bridge and even the remains of a Benedictine priory.
