Staying in the fantastic Marsham Court Hotel situated on Bournemouth’s seafront with views stretching across the bay to the Purbecks in the distance.

Trevor Osborne Trevor has been fascinated by light and colour, and he has recently been studying the relationship between texture and colour in pastel and watercolour.  His subjects include figure work and portraiture, as well as light on water and the marine environment, and his recent work has studied the relationship between people and animals who work together in the Suffolk landscape. Trevor’s work has been sold all over the world, including Wales, Scotland, Ireland, Holland, Germany, Switzerland, Australia and the USA.

A further side to Trevor’s work is his teaching, both in workshops and one-to-one. He also gives demonstrations and lectures




Marilyn Allis “Society for all Artists”, artist of the year 1999, launched her into a career in painting. She has exhibited in the RI London. She has taught now for 20 years. Gaining inspiration from traveling all over the world, and bringing this knowledge into her paintings. An excellent tutor, covering many subjects, people, animals, still life and more in a very loose impressionistic style. She has made many teaching art DVD’s, TV programs and is the author of 3  books, ‘People aren’t scary really, Animals on the loose’ & Painting Dorset in watercolour’
