A story, a thought, a painting technique, nature: if you are open to it, there is so much that can form the basis for an interesting drawing or painting. 

During this inspiring and relaxing holiday week, we invite you to join us on a journey of discovery in the world of drawing and painting. 

During the morning lessons we will get inspired by different techniques, materials and starting points.

In addition to more traditional techniques such as charcoal, soft pastel or acrylic, during this creative holiday week there will be room for techniques such as monoprint, collages and mixed techniques.

We use nature not only as a source of inspiration, but also as a material: both alongside and with the more traditional materials.

Drawing from life can be the starting point for a creative work, but what else is there? A beautiful story, a thought, a single form, nature, they all can form the basis for your drawing or painting. 

During this inspiring holiday week, you can discover your handwriting and your sources of inspiration. Or go just a step further in your creative process.

During the lessons, Anita gives various assignments that match your fascination and your level of painting or drawing. 

She will also give assignments that challenge you, because they are just above your level. Join us and surprise yourself!

Would you like to discover or develop your own drawing and painting qualities in peace? It is a small group, so there is a lot of room for individual guidance.

That makes this holiday week suitable for (absolute) beginners as well as advanced students. As a graduate teacher at the AHK, Anita also likes to supervise students (to be) of art academies.
